How much are shipping fees?

We offer Canada wide FREE SHIPPING for all orders OVER $85.00.

For orders below $85.00 we offer:

• $10.00 flat fee for Ontario and Quebec
• $15.00 flat fee for the rest of Canada

How long will it take for me to receive an order?

All orders should arrive within 4-10 business days. You will be provided with a tracking ID via email so you can keep tabs on your order during its journey to you.

How do you manage plastic free shipping?

At Zero Waste Hero, it's our mission to minimize the impact of our products and operations on the planet and that's why we ship everything 100% plastic free. In specific, we use recyclable boxes with paper wrapping and paper tape for larger items and compostable mailers for smaller items. If fillers are required for extra protection during travel, we use eco friendly shipping materials such as biodegradable peanuts or compostable wood wool.
